See why Jack London loved Oakland and why he chose to write and drink here in the saloons along the waterfront.
It's time for a delicious pint of a local craft beer in Oakland's first bar. Here you may enjoy each other's company, check out the history within its walls or sit outside and take in the scenery of the marina.
Continue with a walk through Oakland's warehouse district while admiring some of Oakland's wonderful murals and stunning architecture. Also learn more about Oakland's deep beer history and the city's roots in the produce industry.
Next stop at a popular local microbrewery. Enjoy a beer flight with your choices from a large selection of beers crafted onsite. Learn about the beer making process from the brewer as you tour the brewery.
Continue on to appreciate the abundance of newly restored architectural gems, restaurants, bars and shops that make Oakland's Jack London Square so majestic.
